RentIt is a 0% commission, community-gated peer sharing platform built specifically for universities. From two-wheelers and placement blazers to scientific calculators and lab kits, rent whatever you need directly from fellow students.

During in-person handover, both parties confirm physical presence via GPS check, inspect product condition, capture timestamped inspection photos, and sign off digitally to safeguard both host and borrower.
Vehicle plate numbers are masked automatically (e.g., UP65••••1234) until a rental agreement is confirmed. Voice calls are routed via WebRTC in-browser so your phone number remains private.
Show up on time for campus meetups (Lanka Gate, Hostel Common Rooms). Inform the owner if you anticipate delays.
Treat borrowed blazers, cameras, and bikes with utmost care. Return items cleaned and in the same state you received them.
Pay agreed rental fees and refundable deposits promptly upon inspection via UPI or cash.
